1. In extremely rare cases, accidents damaging your ordered items may occur; therefore we do ask our customers to throughly inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival.
2. Customer is also asked to photograph the damages, call us when this occurs and e-mail the photographs of damages immediately.
3. If the damages are not promptly and fully noted and reported within 3 days of the delivery date, we might not be able to assist customer with later claims.
4. We reserve the right to repair furniture in customer's home or accept or accept return for repair and/or replacement.
5. Regretfully, we can only authorize full refund in the rare event when we are unable to repair or replace the item.
6. We also expect our customers to accept or arrange delivery appointment for any repairs or replacement furniture to complete the order process.
